ABSTRACT
Objectives: Ectrodactyly-ectodermal dysplasia-clefting syndrome [EEC] is a rare syndrome with features of ectrodactyly, ectodermal dysplasia and cleft lip/palate. This study presents an Iranian case with classic features and oral complications
Case: We report a 20-year old female with all manifestations of this syndrome. The simultaneous presence of these three malformations is extremely rare; the incidence is estimated to be 1.5 per 100.000.000 births
Conclusion: Oral hygiene management of patients with EEC syndrome is important and dental practitioners need to know the oral and dental conditions presenting with this syndrome
